After the fall of the notorious cartel leader long ago, it opened a door for many of his rivals. The successor is known as the Blood Berets. Red for blood, they sport the color red in their gear or weapons. The Kingpin's obsession with blood and creativity often lead to an exquisite bloodbath using the blood of their enemies. Unlike the Mexican Cartel, the Colombian Kingpin's mansion lies in the dense jungle where, along with his unique guerilla tactics, it gives him an unbeatable advantage.

This is the seventh [[::Category:Areas|area]] in the game, unlocked once you have completed the Mayhem job in Italy. Completing some job unlocks the Russia area.

There are eighteen jobs in this area, including the challenge job, plus an additional 16 secret jobs.

Completing the Unexpected Guests job makes the Cartel Jungle Ops boss available.
