Loadouts provide an easy way to switch between sets of lieutenants and sidekicks, for example between the ones you want use for jobs and the ones you want to use for PvP. Loadouts have to unlocked before they can be used. It is currently possible to unlock six loadouts.
On the Lieutenants page, loadouts appear as buttons at the top of the page. If a loadout has previously been used, tapping the button will change the seated Lts and sidekicks to the ones seated when that loadout was last active. If a loadout has not previously been used, tapping the button will leave the seated Lts and sidekicks unchanged and will effectively populate that loadout. Any changes made to seated Lts and sidekicks only affect the current loadout - others remain as they were. The other way to switch between loadouts is by tapping the picture of the right hand Lt in the top left of the screen. This will bring up a popup menu showing the loadouts that are available. Tapping a Lt image will switch to that loadout.
The requirements for unlocking the loadouts are as follows:
- you start the game with just 1 loadout
- 25 unique lieutenants and all LT seats unlocked
- 35 unique lieutenants at level 20
- have all three of the previous loadouts unlocked and 10 unique lieutenants levelled up to level 35
- have all four of the previous loadouts unlocked and 20 unique lieutenants levelled up to level 35
- have all five of the previous loadouts unlocked and 25 unique sidekicks
- have all six of the previous loadouts unlocked and 15 unique lieutenants levelled up to level 40
- have all seven of the previous loadouts unlocked and 30 unique sidekicks
- All previous loadouts unlocked and raise 25 lts to level 50 to unlock this loadout
- All previous loadouts unlocked and raise 35 lts to level 50 to unlock this loadout
Once a loadout has been unlocked, it will remain so, even if the criteria are no longer satisfied.
Loadouts were first introduced in version 2.2 in January 2015. The 4th loadout was added in October 2015. The 7th was added in August 2018. The 8th was added 24 October 2019. The 10th was added 16 November 2021.
