The Mafia, rooted in tradition and history, has a code of conduct that creates a culture of loyalty and order. This provides Don Enzo with tireless soldiers to carry out the Mafia's work.
You can increase your Mafia Affiliation Points by paying respect to the Mafia. Doing so will grant you 100 points and increase your max Energy by 1. You will be unable to pay respect again for 24 hours. Other ways to gain affiliation points are Battles, Jobs, and the Unleash Dogs Execution Method.
On reaching certain Mafia affiliation point thresholds, you will be given rewards:
- 100 points - G19 Pistol
- 300 points - Leather Gloves
- 600 points - Favor Point
- 900 points - SwitchBlade
- 1200 points - AR15 Sniper
- 1600 points - Favor Point
- 2100 points - Dirty Harry
- 2500 points - Armor Piercing Rounds
- 3000 points - Favor Point
- 3500 points - Pimped Out SUV
- 4000 points - Engraved Cane
- 4500 points - Favor Point
- 5200 points - DSR-1 Mafia Sniper
- 6000 points - The GodFather
